Position: Area Manager of RehabilitationLocation:Louisville, KY (Various Unanticipated Worksites)Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and administer programs and services within our facilities in an effort to ensure the physical therapy services that each facility provides is of the highest quality in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Plan, implement, and monitor clinical program development to enhance patient outcomes, clinical documentation, quality measures and clinical operations in connection with physical therapy services. Oversee the development, integration, communication, implementation, and performance evaluation of operating policies and procedures in connection with physical therapy services. Develop and monitor strategic operating goals, objectives, and KPIs, as well as report operational performance, justification, and corrective actions. Support and follow-up with facilities in identifying trends and assisting in the development of corrective action plans and troubleshooting resolutions. Provide advisory leadership to facility teams in developing creative ideas for internal and external marketing for individual facilities (as it relates to specialty clinical programming). Oversee both clinical and operational performance of the sites responsible for providing support to physical therapists. Develop and oversee implementation of department programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure departmental records and statistics are maintained and in compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements. Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care and equipment and direct the implementation of improvements to physical therapy program as necessary. Position will be headquartered in Louisville, KY with periodic travel/relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.Educ./experience: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Physical Therapy or related field, plus two (2) years’ post-baccalaureate experience as a Physical Therapist, working in a Program Director or Rehab Director capacity. Requires a current state Physical Therapy license. Position will be headquartered in Louisville, KY with periodic travel/relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
