About the RoleAs Electronics Technical Lead and Senior Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to support the execution of the business unit strategy and provide technical leadership, guidance, and design influence for space-based electronics product development and delivery. This includes providing technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle from design concept phase to product release. You will drive the architecture, design, and development of product technical baselines that support multiple customers and applications, ensuring consistency, continuity, and configuration control. You will help shape product strategy and provide technical investment needs to Leadership. You will support proposal technical and cost volumes. We're looking for dreamers who align with our values, vision and audacious goals - while also meeting the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline and typically 17 or more years of relevant experience.

Expert knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Comprehensive understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools.

Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams. Preferred Qualifications:

An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance is required

Master's degree in electrical engineering or similar technical specialty.

Thorough understanding of all phases of product design and program lifecycles to include requirements synthesis, design, manufacturing, integration, test, certification, and sustainment.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of industry best practices and techniques for product development and rapid and iterative prototyping for commercial and government space applications.

Expert knowledge of electronics design for products aligning to power management functions, including power conversion, control, conditioning, and distribution, for space applications.

Expert understanding of the tradeoffs in product and system performance and reliability across different orbital applications.

Ability to influence product design, in coordination with Programs, to achieve design-to-cost (DTC) objectives.

Ability to work collaboratively across functions to ensure that design-for-X (DFX) principles are consistently applied to product development.

Demonstrated passion for ideation and innovation, as well as motivating others to act by creating a shared sense of vision or purpose.

Possess a strategic mindset, linking technology and business.

Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and understand technical and program interdependencies.

Frequently walk, sit, stand, c imb stairs and steps

Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity

Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.Working Conditions:
