As a Site PPI Lead, you will have a vital role in leading and promoting continuous improvement initiatives at our Loughborough site. Drawing on your expertise in lean and continuous improvement methods, you will assist the site in reaching its PPI goals, facilitating intricate problem-solving, and fostering a culture of ongoing improvement. This position involves collaborating with different individuals and teams, including the site leadership and finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, maintain, facilitate, and embed a 'PPI' culture through training and engagement

• Deliver the PPI roadmap and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Champion and support continuous improvement and lean thinking across the site

• Identify and drive site PPI opportunities and maintain a site PPI funnel

• Maintain all PPI metrics and provide reporting to the business

• Collaborate with the finance function to evaluate savings potentials

• Validate productivity savings against the site P&L for accurate accounting

• Partner with other LCD Business Unit PPI teams on cross-functional activities

• Facilitate and participate in Kaizen and 8 Step Events for productivity and growth

• Provide expert knowledge on continuous improvement practices

Requirements:

• Qualifications in continuous improvement tools and techniques/CI sphere (e.g., six sigma black belt or similar)

• Proven experience in PPI/continuous improvement or a similar role

• Experience in bottling line operations

• Consistent record of driving cultural change in a dynamic environment
