We are in search of a senior property Accountant to join our onsite team in West Los Angeles. The employment type for this role is permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations for multi-family properties

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records as needed

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Assist in the launch of large investment funds

• Utilize property accounting skills to enhance financial operations

• Employ general ledger skills in daily tasks and responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth of our $15 billion asset under management (AUM)

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including mandatory vaccination requirement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

• At least five years of experience in a similar role is necessary.

• Proficiency in Property Accounting is crucial for this role.

• Expertise in General Ledger management is required.

• CPA certification is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• A solid understanding of accounting principles and tax laws is required.

• Proficiency in financial software programs and office productivity software is necessary.

• High attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is necessary.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.

• High levels of professionalism and integrity are expected.
