Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all EBU activity from a production standpoint to meet operational requirements

  • Provide an interface between Powerplant Planning and the EBU Shops

  • Daily updates to PPS for engine/APU status, workforce assignments, and parts shortages

  • Print, distribute, and review engine work packages (TIS, etc.), and report on all ROBbed and/or missing parts

  • Act as liaison for Engineering for non-routine maintenance issues/findings

  • Communicate to EBU leadership the daily workload priority established by Powerplant Planning, as well as advise them of intra-day changes

  • Ensure EBU SOP procedures are followed as applicable during normal operations

  • Manage production within the EBU by balancing the needs of Powerplant Planning and the operational situation within the EBU

  • Provide status updates and information to all requestors (Records, Repair & Mod, Planning, Engineering, etc.)

  • Provide assistance to EBU Supervisor as requested and seek out ways to improve existing processes

  • Daily duties as assigned and ad hoc reactions to operational issues

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • College degree or 5 years relevant technical experience

  • 2 years aviation experience with technical/operational background

  • Proven track record to understand technical documents; both OEM and Internal

  • A&P certification

  • Digital literacy including Microsoft office

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 5 years airline, or related technical experience

  • Continuous Improvement training or experience

  • Advanced user of Excel, and Word

The base pay range for this role is $68,640.00 to $78,980.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
