Pay: 17/HR

RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

  1. Report directly to Facility Manager and/or the Office clerk.

  2. Doing a thorough inspection of the exit lanes area, always maintaining cleanliness and safety.

  3. Highly responsible, able to work with minimal oversight and being proactive with his/her duties.

  4. Assist Tenants, Gym members and Visitors, that might have trouble to exit and cashiering them as

required, always providing excellent customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes proactively greeting and thanking each customer.

  1. Assist customers at Pay Station and parking gateswhen required.

  2. Troubleshoot equipment and be solution oriented to fix any problems in a timely manner.

  3. Use Radio to communicate with Parking and Building Security staff to assist customers as needed.

  4. Secure the Bank Reserved spaces after the Bank closes for the day by placing poles, chains and cones.

  5. Complete the Daily Exit Log when assisting someone at the exit lanes.

  6. Responsible of closing the right exit lane at the end of the day, by placing chains and cones.

  7. Responsible of maintaining exit area and always pay station area clean.

  8. Understanding ABM policies and procedures, able to self-manage and self-motivate working with

manager to execute them effectively.

  1. Perform and complete other duties as assigned.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Must have the ability to work under pressure within a high demanding clientele and communicate clearly and efficiently.

  2. Must have an excellent attitude every day and high level of integrity.

  3. Must be able to learn new concepts, adapt to change, and collaborate.

  4. Must speak understand English proficiently. Must write legibly.

  5. Must understand basic math and able to execute transactions consistently.
