Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Application Support Engineer based in Los Angeles, California. This role is crucial to our operations within the telecom industry, where you will be responsible for providing support and solutions for our applications. You will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your skills to ensure our applications are running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for our applications, ensuring their smooth operation

• Utilize Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, and Microsoft skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Work with EO/IR systems to enhance application performance

• Conduct AB Testing to optimize our applications and improve user experience

• Utilize Active Directory to manage user data, ensuring security and access controls are maintained

• Provide Application Support to users, aiding in the resolution of any issues they may encounter

• Leverage knowledge of Computer Hardware to support the infrastructure our applications run on

• Implement Configuration Management strategies to manage system configurations, improving the reliability and stability of our applications. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Database management and administration

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products

• Understanding of AB Testing principles and techniques

• Proficiency in Active Directory management and operations

• Prior experience in Application Support roles

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware components and their functions
