As the university’s largest enrolled undergraduate degree program, our goal is to support program learning objective through the enrollment of the world’s most talents and engaged students.

The Marshall School of Business Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach, in partnership with USC’s Enrollment Services Divisions oversees complimentary recruitment and outreach service for the accounting and business administration degree programs. All formal admissions decisions are coordinated and communicated by USC’s Enrollment Services Division.

We effort to elevate the college exploration and admissions process through informed, honest and student-centered communication that helps students find their program fit. We provide recruitment services and information to prospective students and high school / community college counselors.

Seven professional admissions and administrative managers coordinate and lead virtual and in-person programs held on-campus as well as throughout the US and abroad. We also aid in the cultivation of our application pool. Our office develops and leads conversion events for admitted students and family/support members.

Marshall yields nearly thirty thousand inquiries and fifteen thousand applications annually. Our entering class is comprised of first year and transfer students. Core responsibilities require year-round planning, research, and data analysis. Promotion of the school and program includes strategic and segmented communication campaigns; social media outreach, and interactive media engagement. The office works closely with the senior administration, faculty, campus/student affairs offices, current students and alumni.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Management of all merit scholarship programs.

  • Program development.

  • Marketing and Communications coordination (internal and external)

  • Budget Management and Oversight

  • Strategic Planning , Execution and Evaluation

  • Program assessment and Data Analysis

  • Outreach and Recruitment Services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a selective higher education environment, preferably in the area of business studies.

  • Experience leading a merit scholarship program or similar student evaluation/assessment experience.

  • Successful program development/management experience.

  • Experience working with Community Based Organizations and Early outreach

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of FERPA; Financial Aid; International Visa, Salesforce and Slate

  • Proficient skills in cross-function communication and conflict resolution

  • Knowledge of Teams and experience interacting and communicating with senior administration and faculty

  • Directly related program management experience

  • Ability to train, manage, motivate and evaluate the work of others

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong Programming Design Experience

  • Tracking and managing data.

Anticipated Hiring Range

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,367.01 - $114,192.29 . When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
