Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls

• Support diverse projects for other employees

• Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

• Receive and direct visitors Requirements - Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

• Internet research skills

• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

• Data entry experience
