Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Sr. Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior (ref. Code 2025-108440 in Lone Tree, CO.
Duties: Design, develop, modify, implement, or test software for various purposes. Engage with the HR Technology Team to develop software solutions on the Drupal platform. Create and implement innovative technical solutions to meet our Business requirements. Partner with the Technology Team and with our Business partners to create and validate solutions. Work with the Business System Analysts to understand the requirements of the software and deliver the expected result with quality and detail as the focus. Interface with functional experts from our Learning, Talent Development, Engagement, and Schwab's management team. Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6 months of experience in a related occupation.. Related skills may be required.
