Sierra Nevada Corporation Principal Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst (Remote & Hybrid Eligible) in Lone Tree, Colorado

As a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst, you will be using your skills to develop, maintain, and coordinate the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives. Candidate will perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Ensures major projects and program schedules are integrated across each applicable team, subcontractor or material, government, horizontally and vertically. In addition, expertise in performing Schedule Risk Assessments, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts. Must have experience with Earned Value Management. Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS, IMP and any other requirements documents.

  • Using EVMS guidelines for implementation and maintenance of program plans as well as mentor program teams schedule best practices.

  • Experience in generating monthly Contract Data Reports to include the IPMDAR

  • Perform regular status and ETC updates as well as analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules including metrics on schedule status, schedule architecture, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, network logic validation and program baseline maintenance.

  • Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) and resulting analysis and documentation and manage Risks and Opportunities in the IMS

  • End-to-end ownership of maintenance and coordination of schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.

  • Must be able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans, to ensure the IMS is used as a predictive model and remains a valued management tool for the program.

  • Simultaneously support multiple programs of varying complexity

  • Lead and mentor team of junior schedulers

Must Haves:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field and 14 years or more of related work experience.

  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

  • Experience in Microsoft Project Professional

  • Experience with resource loading schedules, including timephasing and Baseline/ETC updates for dollars and hours

  • Current working EVMS (Earned Value Management System) experience

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Project/Project Online

  • SRA toolset like Full Monte or similar

  • Earned Value Management Certification

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 - $190,623.01. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
