Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, as well as strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to drive performance and professional development.

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Analyze key metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Build, develop, motivate and inspire high performing marketing team

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and enhance capabilities as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience managing a large Global Team (20+)

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business results in B2B.

  • 8+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to think creatively, innovate, and adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Experience working in B2B industrial services preferred but not required.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Content management platforms, and martech tools
