Description
The B2B Payments team is responsible for creating and operating a worldwide collection of products and services, by enabling seamless business payments throughout Amazon. Our mission is to create the most customer-centric payment products, payment experience and procurement services for business clients that empower any business to engage with Amazon from anywhere and in any way. Building on top of Amazon’s long history of customer focus and innovation, and our drive to think big, B2B Payments is addressing a new set of payment needs of business buyers. We re-invent the core parts of the payment experience, provide business-oriented payment methods and simplify invoice payment reconciliation processed to serve the needs of businesses.
The B2B Payments Program managers define, build, launch, and deliver on initiatives to continually improve the CX of our customers. Our team members have the autonomy, ownership, and responsibility to invent and simplify on behalf of our customers to meet their rapidly growing needs. You’ll be expected to focus on breaking down complex problems and making quick and thoughtful decisions. You’ll be responsible for anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs, and welcoming an acceptable level of risk to maximize business benefit.
Key job responsibilities
• Engage with customer, sales and Service partner teams to identify payment process gaps and streamline
• Develop and implement mechanisms to contribute to B2B Payments scale in EU.
• Provide oversight and guidance to cross-functional project teams, planning and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify pain points related the customer experience and create plans, goals and priorities to address identified pain points.
• Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the initiatives within the business.
• Foster strong relationships with teams across B2B Payments, leading and influencing others effectively to achieve cross-functional alignment on goals and successful product/service launch execution.
Basic Qualifications
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
