Job Description:
The Senior Partner Marketing and Enablement Manager will work with Aeris Partners, primarily Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and Telcos, to drive mutual business success. This role involves building and managing relationships and programs with Partners to execute effective partner marketing and enablement strategies that drives demand and sales of Aeris products to Enterprise customers. As a Senior Partner Marketing and Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for cross-functional program management, bringing together relevant external and internal functions—including product, marketing, sales, and training—to achieve successful go-to-market (GTM) outcomes for Aeris and its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage partner marketing and enablement relationships and programs to empower sales and marketing teams for successful channel sales
Create and manage tools, activities, and content to support partner marketing and enablement
Provide enablement for Aeris Channel Sales team to successfully bring products and services to market with partners and enterprise customers
Partner with the Aeris Marketing team to create and implement campaigns focused on raising awareness and consideration among Enterprises within the Channel Partner market, driving increased pipeline and accelerated commercial success
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years’ hands-on experience working with CSP/Telco Channel Partners
5 years’ experience working across global markets, including APAC and the US
Proven experience in leading and executing campaigns within IT and Telecommunications companies targeted at Enterprise customers
Demonstrated proficiency in multi-organizational and multi-functional program management
Strong communication skills, including effective written and presentation skills
Based out of Hammersmith, London office and willing to work from office weekly
Preferred Requirements:
Proficiency in German, French, Japanese or Chinese as a second language
Previous experience with a CSP/Telco in Product Marketing and Sales Enablement
Experience in social and digital marketing
Marketing automation experience including proficiency in SharePoint, Highspot, and/or Salesforce
