Job Description

Are you passionate about strategic marketing planning, data-driven insights, and performance analysis? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in LEGO ® Retail.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Budgeting:

  • Deliver strategic commercial and marketing plans, along with budget recommendations based on data and insights

  • Align marketing budget allocation with annual commercial plan priorities and maintain adequate funding for planned activities throughout the year

Marketing Effectiveness and Optimization:

  • Drive the marketing effectiveness agenda across LR channels (stores and digital platforms) ensuring continuous optimization of the full funnel marketing mix according to business needs

  • Continuously challenge and develop the global marketing planning process in collaboration with global and local stakeholders

  • Leverage CRM / CLV insights for marketing planning

Collaboration and leadership:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment, commitment and knowledge sharing across teams.

  • Part of the LR Marketing Planning and Performance team, driving synergy and collaboration across the team

Our team drives traffic to LEGO.com and branded stores through data-driven marketing and strategic budget planning. We enhance campaign effectiveness and budget efficiency, aligning the marketing budget with annual goals for impactful, year-round performance!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Several years’ experience within strategic marketing planning, budget management and / or marketing performance analysis

  • Demonstrated proficiency in numerical analysis, ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, translating them into actionable insights

  • A well-rounded and continuous improvement mentality.

  • Strong commercial savvy, preferably in a retail setting

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Confident with marketing mix management & reporting tools

  • Pragmatic, structured and open working style

  • Advanced skills in partner management, change management, and process improvement
