Do you want to join the Amazon Echo team in Europe? Are you an analytical, results-driven marketing professional with a passion for building iconic consumer brands? Amazon Devices is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic Sale and Marketing team.

In this highly visible role, you will develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to drive awareness, and demand for Echo products. You will be working closely with global and local sales, site merchandising and advertising teams across Amazon to ensure your product category reaches its maximum potential, both on and off site.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive brand marketing experience, be able to analyze sales data and customer insights to propose marketing strategies, and have experience of driving demand for a business or category. You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (including managing campaigns, writing business requirements and analyzing data). You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develope and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product demand

  • Analyze market data, consumer insights, and sales performance to identify opportunities and inform demand generation decision-making

  • Manage the full marketing mix, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve brand objectives

  • Develop and report on key performance metrics to demonstrate brand impact to brand awareness and Echo sales

A day in the life

As a Brand Marketing Manager, your days are fast-paced and filled with diverse responsibilities as you work to drive growth and increase visibility for your product portfolio. We operate with a Day 1 mindset, each and every day. There is no playbook for how smart speakers should or could be sold in any country. Your will help Amazon Echo smart speakers make their way into as many customers' homes. You will develop strategies to promote our products, target new and different customer segments, and you will collaborate with global teams to ensure our products continue to exceed customer expectations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
