ROLE DESCRIPTION

Creating and delivering high-performing campaigns across multiple search and social channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and deliver effective paid marketing strategies working to budgets and goals to deliver leads to our customers.

  • Optimise campaigns to improve performance across search and social channels.

  • Produce regular reports with key stats, campaign analysis and clear actionable takeaways.

  • Lead paid campaigns, to drive lead generation and the development of our sales pipeline.

  • Hands on management of social media lead generation campaigns; set up campaigns and monitor them on an ongoing basis.

  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting parameters, budgets, and ad creatives based on campaign objectives and performance metrics.

  • Implement strategies to optimise conversion rates and effectively capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel

  • Utilise data analytics and metrics to measure and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions

  • Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) to track and measure key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

  • Set up and launch PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (formerly AdWords), and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, ad group structuring, and ad extensions implementation to maximize campaign performance and relevance.

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies for ad creatives, landing pages, and ad placements to optimize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, impression share, quality score, and ad position.

  • Coordinate with SEO teams to leverage PPC and SEO synergies, align keyword strategies, and optimise landing pages for improved organic and paid search performance.

  • Work as part of the marketing team to deliver digital products, projects and other activities as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, PPC advertising, or Google Ads certifications are beneficial.

  • Proven experience in managing Paid Media campaigns (PPC and Social) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Experience in working with Criteo would be beneficial.

  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimisation, budget management, bid strategies, and performance tracking for campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven results.

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics including paid social media, PPC advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and integration of PPC and SEO strategies for improved search visibility and performance.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly AdWords) Analytics, Facebook Insights and data visualization tools to track, measure, and analyze PPC campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI.

  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

  • Experience in conducting keyword research, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis to identify high-performing keywords, negative keywords, and long-tail keywords for paid media ] campaigns.

  • Strong copywriting skills to create compelling ad copy, ad headlines, ad descriptions, and ad extensions that drive clicks, conversions, and engagement.

  • Proficiency in PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms with hands-on experience in campaign setup, ad group structuring, keyword management, and optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify campaign performance issues, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions for campaign optimization and ROI improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate paid media strategies, campaign performance insights, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders, marketing teams, and senior management.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, content creators, designers, and developers to align campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives.
