The successful candidate will be the key member of the ICS COE Business Analytics Team, responsible for the design and implementation of Sales Incentive Plans across International Markets.

ICS Business Analytics Team Mission is to enable fast decision making and insight driven strategy through comprehensive performance tracking assets and clear strategic insights, advocating for a single source of truth across ICS.

Acquisition through Sales Teams is a key channel that requires effective and consistent incentive plan design, analysis and management.

The successful candidate will report to the Business Analytics VP.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Ownership of ICS incentive design principles and management of the metric design and implementation of all SIP plans across International in line with ICS strategy

  • Partner effectively with the Incentive Design and Governance team, as central point of contact for ICS plan design to ensure appropriate approval processes and guidelines are followed

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure plans effectively support business outcomes while aligning with incentive design guiding principles.

  • Provide support for creation and pre-alignment of ICS materials reviewed and discussed in incentive committees.

  • Participate in discussions at relevant incentive plan governance committees and complete post-approval incentive governance activities.

  • Partner with the broader Business Analytics Team, Field Performance & Insights, Finance and SABE Team to surface key insights and recommendations for International through analytics and benchmarking studies.

  • Support the implementation of the company’s Business Conduct program including driving strategy for ICS, ensuring a risk-based approach and alignment to the company’s policies and standards.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to ICS business partners and leaders to provide guidance on matters related to business conduct.

  • Partner with Operational Excellence teams across markets to globalize the business conduct oversight program and ensure remediation and appropriate consequence management strategies are followed.

  • Ensure ongoing reporting in line with enterprise business conduct standards and effective escalation to committees, ICS leaders and stakeholders.

  • Provide support on relevant audits, 2nd line and regulatory reviews.

  • Share best practices across international markets.

Minimum Qualification s:

  • Business degree or equivalent. Masters preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills along with a strategic mindset and financial acumen.

  • Experience owing and managing incentives and compensation programmes is a plus.

  • Advanced user of Excel and Power-point.

  • Strong communication/influence skills, ability to build close relationships across the business and collaborate with various teams.

  • Exceptional project management skills and discipline to deliver. Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work well under high pressure and face-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

  • Intellectual curiosity, passion for using analytics to develop insights and recommendations, solve business challenges, improve customer experience, and drive results
