Amazon Industry Program Manager, UKI Field Marketing in London, United Kingdom

Description

Amazon Web Services UKI is seeking a talented and self-directed professional to take ownership of and lead the delivery of industry marketing programs.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

This role involves leading cross-funnel initiatives aimed to increase awareness, generating demand, and fostering the adoption of AWS services and solutions within specific industry verticals.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to plan and deliver industry-specific initiatives that contribute to business growth. Working closely with field sales, you will be driving impactful programs, campaigns, and initiatives.

As an Industry Program Manager, the primary responsibility will be to drive demand for AWS among the decision-makers audience in business across various industry verticals in the UKI region. You will develop marketing campaigns tailored to meet the unique needs of local businesses.

Collaboration with program managers and industry marketing managers in both UKI and EMEA will be essential to deliver regionally targeted marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time, and will have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase product adoption, and expand awareness of AWS solutions.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage go-to-market industry programs and campaigns focused on AWS priority solutions, themes and topics to drive demand and adoption of AWS

• Develop audience-specific messaging and marketing content for AWS customers in different industries.

• Employ a multi-channel marketing plans to engage customers at different stages of the funnel, optimising interactions and conversion.

• Optimise programs to generate leads and adoption at scale across industry verticals.

• Maintain strong relationships with sales & marketing leaders and with peers, increasing engagement with marketing and driving program support.

• Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns and programs.

• Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards (including Tableau, SFDC and Adobe Analytics) to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive decision making focused on campaign optimisation.

• Manage program budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).

• Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

  • Master's degree
