Meaningful Work From Day One

To lead the team responsible for devising and ensuring consistent implementation of a strategic plan which delivers our significant commercial goals as well as builds our brands across all sectors, customers and consumers within the Prestige channel.

This role will lead, inspire and coach the eCommerce, Specialist, Advocacy and Signature teams as well as partner closely with the Marketing channel to be a hands on brand builder. The Head of Prestige will need to find synergies between channels and platforms to enable and accelerate disproportionate premium growth in order to support our Business ambitions.

This position requires +40% of time travelling

What You Can Expect

  • This channel has significant commercial importance when it comes to our longer term strategic ambitions.

  • High visibility to the UK Leadership team, working closely with with stakeholders across the business to drive our Super Premium+ brands forward

  • Drive alignment between longer term brand and business objectives and shorter term commercial objectives

  • Working in close collaboration with Marketing function to build the B-F brands on line with our strategic goals

  • Develop and shape the Prestige channel strategy to position the business for sustainable growth

  • Develop innovative strategies alongside Global Advocacy to dial up the relevance and aspirational character of our brands by enhancing their premiumness and appeal through the advocacy team

  • Creating a plan to accelerate our premium growth within the dynamic channel of eCom

  • Optimise and maximise how we leverage Rare and Aged products to their full potential

  • Participate in annual planning process

  • Plan, allocate and evaluate the work carried out by the Prestige teams

  • Contribute to and support strategic commercial projects

  • As a key member of the UK Sales leadership team, provide input and leadership to national sales strategy development and special projects

  • Act as a trusted advisor to other leaders to stimulate discussion and collaboration and drive better decision making

  • Work with Brand Marketing, On Trade and Off Trade sales team and Finance in planning and budgeting events, activities and trips, ensuring the integration of Brown-Forman brand strategies into the advocacy & channel strategy

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong stakeholder partnership, working in collaboration with others

  • The ability to lead change within an organisation. Ability to challenge how we work and operate

  • 7+ years experience in premium wine and spirits or luxury industries

  • Appreciation of HNWI and high end consumers

  • Demonstrated commitment to leading and developing others with experience leading two or more direct reports;
