Starbucks director of marketing and product EMEA in London, United Kingdom

As the Director of Marketing and Product, this customer-centric role leads the strategic intersection of brand worth, product innovation, customer engagement and sales. You will lead the holistic view of brand and business, both short and long term, internally and externally with our licensee partners. It is critical that you will be able to synthesise the needs of all stakeholders and develop integrated marketing and product plans that will drive brand relevancy while delighting customers with moments that only Starbucks can.

From a marketing perspective, you will be our brand guardian at a senior level leading our brand initiatives across the region. Leading a cross functional team to deliver an ‘always on brand approach’ and highly effective seasonal campaigns such as our iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte.

This role goes beyond just brand. From a product perspective you will be an innovative product leader who has their finger on the pulse when it comes to customer and market trends. You will also responsible for not just category but the R and D function for EMEA in addition, which means you will have full accountability for product launches from conception to delivery.

Extensive experience leading marketing and product teams in a fast-paced multinational environment, ideally retail.

P and L and budget responsibility

Customer centric approach to everything you do

Exceptional influencing skills

Experience of leading campaign development projects from ideation to completion
