If you’re looking for a client-facing new business role, with an amazing product range and an outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction, join us as Business Development Manager (Public Sector) for our field sales patch spanning from Leicester to Luton. Responsible for growing sales of our products, you’ll have full responsibility for the territory, and will proactively create opportunities to supply (and delight) both new and existing clients. There’s significant autonomy – you’ll manage the entire sales lifecycle from inception to closing, You’ll have a busy diary and there’s incredible potential for growth.

Good candidates should have a strong sales background with experience in solution sales. Energetic and hungry for success, you’ll know what you’re capable of and you’re absolutely determined to achieve it. The key skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Solution Sales experience ideally selling into Public Sector

  • Top class communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your time

  • Proven history of achieving set targets including revenue, margin, and business mix

  • Exposure of working with customers to identify issues and needs and apply appropriate solutions

  • Graduate or equivalent (desirable)
