Duties and responsibilities related to th e Bar Lounge Waiter/ ess ​ role * *

• Welcome and greet all bar guests warmly to ensure a hospitable atmosphere.

• Craft memorable experiences for guests while delivering prompt and professional service.

• Familiarise yourself with all bar menus andspecial offers,maintainingefficient communication.

• Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to upholdservice levels

• Ensure compliance withfoodsafetyand health and safety regulations.

*About you *

Previousexperience working in the same or similar role in a luxury environment is desired.
