About the Role: You will support a high performing RiskNarrative Solutions Consulting team supporting global sales activity. You will support the day-to-day activity of the Solutions Consultants. Working collaboratively on an exciting range of customer projects across a wide range of regulated markets. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated with a great sense of initiative. Responsibilities

  • Assisting Solutions Consultants and Sales colleagues remotely or face to face in qualifying opportunities. Delivering product demonstrations and presentations and support commercial teams in pricing customisation

  • Answering questions from technical stakeholders on the customer side. Covering integration and deployment of, the RiskNarrative solution. Also contributing to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) responses

  • Helping support the training and knowledge transfer activity with other internal teams in understanding the RiskNarrative platform

  • Maintaining Demo Pre-Production environments. Ensuring that the journey flows and rule configurations are up to date and mirror current best practise. Ensure Product content, and associated materials and maintain a library of technical artefacts to support sales engagements

  • Being responsible for creating process maps and other technical artefacts. Articulate complex configuration and system interactions, in order to help successfully close opportunities and support successful and accurate delivery of the RiskNarrative solution

  • Leading the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution. Covering demos and process flows to help evidence how it aligns with our customer’s requirements. This will require understanding of the RiskNarrative API (Application Programming Interface). Some basic understanding of the infrastructure, architecture and security protocols to manage initial discussions with customers

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales, professional services, or product support. Working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes within a Technology and/or Data focused organization

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts. Ability to convey technical subject matters in simple business friendly terms

  • Experience as a Technologist – comfortable using, or eagerness to learn, a range of software systems

  • Be a motivated self-starter, naturally pro-active with great sense of initiative

  • Experience in Financial Crime and Compliance and/or Fraud and Identity industry experience or experience in a regulated industry such as Financial Services, Insurance, Legal would be ideal
