Job Title - Affiliate Lettings Negotiator

Location - Canary Wharf, London

CBRE are searching for a new Affiliate Lettings Negotiator to join our office in Canary Wharf.

The CBRE lettings department has seen some tremendous success over the years, and our goal is to become the first point of call in the Canary Wharf and East London region. We have been partnering with affiliate negotiators for over one year, and this model has proven very successful.

This opportunity should be of interest to experienced lettings negotiators, who are looking for more flexibility and control over their time and earnings, or who feel that they have hit a ceiling in their current role, and who are not looking to move into a managerial role.

The selected candidate will negotiate the rental of CBRE’s residential properties in the area by proactively calling and negotiating with potential tenants, performing viewings on our open-book register, and working with tenants until offers are agreed, at which point the tenancy is passed to our tenancy progression team to finalise.

Person Specifications:

• A minimum of 3 year of proven lettings experience.

• Knowledge of Canary Wharf, Docklands, and South East London area would be advantageous.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with people at all levels of seniority.

• Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously.

• A strong negotiator with a sales orientated approach and good customer service levels.
