Nexeo Staffing Weekend Manufacturing Technician in LOGAN, Utah
Nexeo is offering weekend openings for Manufacturing Technicians! This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in a supportive and professional environment. As a Manufacturing Technician,you ll produce and assemble bioprocess containers,adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards. This is a weekend shift working Saturday and Sunday 6AM-6PM.
Responsibilities
Assemble and manufacture bioprocess containers while following SOPs,Work Instruction Documents (WIDs),and blueprints.
Operate machinery,connect tubing and connectors,package products,and perform inspections to meet quality standards.
Conduct product inspections,address errors,and maintain accurate documentation.
Record data in Production Control Documents (PCDs).
Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives,including Practical Process Improvements (PPI) and 5S practices.
Collaborate with team members and provide support in training and mentoring.
Complete required training and adhere to schedules to meet production targets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably 2 years of production experience (not mandatory).
Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in basic math and measurement techniques.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Reliable in following procedures and achieving goals.
Ability to comply with gowning requirements,including gloves,cleanroom attire,and face protection.
Comfortable working in a controlled cleanroom environment with temperatures between 60-70 and humidity over 30%.
Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds,standing for long periods,and performing repetitive tasks.
Awareness of PPE and chemical safety

$17.60 Per Hour
Schedule
Saturday and Sunday | 6:00am 6:00pm
