Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling of equipment such as presses,stampers,scrubbers,kilns,and coaters.
Lead,mentor,and manage shift operators,including scheduling,approving time off,and maintaining shift coverage.
Ensure proper training,documentation,and cross-training to optimize production.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Foster communication and collaboration within the team to meet individual and collective goals.
Track and analyze metrics to monitor progress against production objectives.
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory or lead role,preferably in ceramics or manufacturing.
Ability to manage equipment schedules like presses,kilns,and coaters efficiently.
Experience in mentoring,training,and scheduling shift operators.
Knowledge of workplace safety with a proven record of maintaining compliance.
Experience in boosting team performance and operational efficiency.
Ability to track and analyze metrics to meet production goals.
Pay
$20.00 - $23.53 DOE

B Shift | Monday 11:00 PM 5:00 AM,Tuesday Thursday 5:00 PM 5:00 AM
C Shift | Monday 5:00 AM 11:00 AM,Friday Sunday 5:00 AM 5:00 PM
D Shift | Monday 5:00 PM 11:00 PM,Friday Sunday 5:00 PM 5:00 AM
