About the role:

We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position ofSustainability Certification Analystand join our team. We are providing internal and external sustainability volume reporting supporting our company’s sustainability commitment. In particular, you will manage incoming and outgoing certification credits on external portals, you will support our customers who have questions about our reporting, and you will represent the team during audits. Ad hoc tasks could include reconciliation of different datasets or even building new reporting from scratch. The tasks of our team are an important requirement of different sustainability programs and are key for BC to reach its Forever Chocolate goal.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports on sustainable inputs and outputs of sales organizations/plants

  • Manage online portals, including but not limited to:

  • verification of all incoming transactions, follow up on missing credits

  • upload outgoing transactions

  • update internal files accordingly

  • Support the month-end volume reconciliation process

  • Close cooperation with various departments (such as Quality, Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Master Data) to assure accurate and timely reporting

  • Active preparation and participation in external sustainability audits conducted in order to obtain, extend or renew certificates

  • Provide all necessary input to enable correct communication and feedback to customer queries

    About you:

  • University degree in economics or business administration or similar educational background

  • Experience of 4-5 years in a corporate environment, preferably in data management (financial or non-financial data)

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is indispensable (CAE / Level C1). Additional languages would be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting processes.

  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Good command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query.

  • Knowledge of SAP, SAP BO Analysis (SAP Business Warehouse) is an advantage.
