Philips IAM Domain Specialist (Solution Architecture) in Lodz, Poland
Identity and Access Management (IAM) has taken the center stage with growing digital transformation in Philips. Philips IAM landscape manages access and authentication to 70,000 employees and 20,000 partners and 1000s of applications working with partners and service providers. Your role will be focused on Entra ID domain.
It is critical to have good governance to enforce robust Identity and access management across multiple channels, including mobile, social and cloud. IAM helps strengthen compliance and reduce risk by protecting and monitoring user access in today's cloud based multi-perimeter environments.
Your role:
Acting as an expert and architect in Microsoft technologies esp. Active Directory , Entra ID, Entra ID connect , and Radius authentication with AD services.
Managing and implementing application integrations, MFA and conditional policies, application proxy, admin consents, graph API etc.
Providing direction and design of IAM architecture, high level plan/dependency for infrastructure and platform project in line with IAM and security policies.
Creating solutions to simplify existing landscape with future proof technology and solutions.
Collaboration with partner’s teams and product vendors in architecting and designing IAM solutions.
Driving change management process and ensuring that all changes follow the process and deliver value.
You're the right fit if:
You have overall 8-10 years of progressive experience and technical knowledge of Identity and Access management domain, IT infrastructure, applications and platforms.
You have 8+ years’ hands-on experience in IAM solutions and design with focus on platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID and features like Single Sign-on, SAML/OIDC, PIM, Multi Factor authentication, Admin consent, LDAP, Certificate Administration, Radius authentication, Hardware token management, passwordless authentication etc.
You have ability to design solutions and provide directions for complex challenges working with stakeholders.
You have ability to proactively identify and design future proof solutions in the domain which leads to customer satisfaction and reduces total cost of ownership
You are an expert in understanding of cloud infrastructure design, architecture and applications, network authentication concepts.
You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
You present high integrity in your work
