HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
You will be responsible for representing QC in MRB meetings and expeditiously act on and close all assigned internal and external Non-Conformance’s. Our commitment to quality ensures that our customers receive the highest quality products in a timely manner; basic computer skills, effective communication skills, and knowledge of GD&T preferred!
Reports to the Quality Control Supervisor and/or Quality Control Lead
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Process all assigned internal and external NCs
Lead MRB/NC daily meetings to manage all assigned action items
Record and maintain quality record logs
Accurately and descriptively communicates information
Monitor Corrective and Preventative Action activities as needed
Generate reports from internal databases and distribute reports to respective users, and/or summarize the data in spreadsheets for presentation to management
Creates and maintains metrics
Cross train in other QC roles as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years related work experience
Ability to work on a team or independently
Good written and oral communication skills
Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Oracle)
Safety and quality conscience
Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, squatting, or walking (frequent)
Ability to use hands/arms for reaching, repetitive tasks, and gripping (frequent)
Ability to lift 45 pounds including unassisted lifts from floor level to heights of 48 inches
PREFERRED SKILLS:
ISO compliance knowledge
One year of experience inspecting machined parts, a PLUS
Knowledge of GD&T, a PLUS
