Description We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual for the role of a Bookkeeper in Littleton, Massachusetts. This role involves numerous financial responsibilities such as account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, data entry, and month-end close procedures. This position is a permanent role, where you will be a part of our dynamic team in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Handle accounts payable and receivable to maintain consistent cash flow

• Perform bank reconciliations to keep track of company funds

• Execute payroll procedures to ensure employee salaries are paid on time

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reports

• Conduct month-end close procedures to finalize financial activities for the month

• Oversee bookkeeping activities to maintain accurate financial records and statements. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skilled in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Bookkeeping skills

• Competence in Data Entry

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with Payroll procedures
