Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are actively seeking a motivated and innovative Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide by example as a culture and rigor ambassador, setting standards for peers in business systems

  • Serve as a primary resource within the team, possessing an in-depth understanding of business systems

  • Thoroughly document requirements, aligning them with core enterprise principles

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to implement processes meeting product and customer needs

  • Interpret business drivers, identify gaps, and propose initiatives to enhance system efficiency

  • Coordinate complex efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals

  • Define execution plans aligned with enterprise goals, proactively communicating across all levels

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of business systems analysis experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

  • Practical experience in business systems design

  • Preferred experience in digital customer and B2B partner platforms

  • Proficiency in various business analysis techniques and tools

  • Passionate about driving critical business programs from conception to completion

  • Naturally curious and adventurous, with a commitment to continuous learning

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $136,625.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
