Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Operation Specialist based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The individual will be predominantly involved in sales support functions within the telecom provider industry, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationships with both internal employees and external vendors across the US

• Handle the creation and modification of orders within the CRM

• Demonstrate versatility and exceptional attention to detail in all tasks

• Keep internal employees updated about order tracking and lead times throughout the entire sales process

• Apply critical thinking to solve problems and efficiently deliver products to customers within a given timeframe

• Maintain detailed records of material tracking

• Perform additional duties as assigned, taking into account that responsibilities may change over time without notice

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Billing Functions

• Deliver excellent customer service and engage in business and digital sales

• Conduct inventory tracking efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites to create and manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling

• Understanding of billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing

• Strong customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations

• Experience in business sales, including developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets

• Knowledge of digital sales strategies and tools for online marketing and sales

• Experience in inventory tracking to manage stock levels and prevent shortages
