Description

The Inside Sales and Service Lead will direct Inside Sales initiatives to ensure organizational and team goals are achieved. Promotes the purchase of products and services to current and prospective Members. Ensures a strategic focus on inside sales operations so that all work is completed, accurate and within time requirements. Additional job functions will include:

-Coordinates sales quotations. Secures sales orders through service excellence and follow-up on sales quotations and member requests.

-Receives and processes sales orders in a timely manner. Compares written confirmations against verbal orders and corrects any discrepancies. Prints packing slips for shipping. Issues purchase and sales orders and processes them by coordinating with the appropriate vendor or team member.

-Actively contacts members, customers, and prospects to identify and track sales opportunities. Keeps contact information up to date in CRM. Contacts new members to introduce company products and services. Arranges the delivery of products sold to the Members satisfaction by coordinating with the Distribution Center, other team members, and vendors.

-Research product information requests from Members and assists Product and Marketing staff by keeping them informed on product requests, demand, availability, etc.

-Resolves customer complaints, issues, or requests while ensuring high quality customer service. Assists with product returns and resolving warranty and repair issues involving the manufacturer.

-Develops and maintains appropriate departmental procedures and a standardized approach to recordkeeping.

-Works in conjunction with team members and other teams/individuals to accomplish organizational goals.

-Maintains regular attendance.

-Performs the above listed functions while regularly working with confidential customer information, including but not limited to strategic and development plans; business plans; subcontractor and vendor identities; cost and rate data; business records; customer lists; spending amounts; project records; market reports; business manuals; policies and procedures; information related to processes, technologies, or theory; and other information that the position regularly uses to perform job functions

Requirements

-Proficient in using CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

-Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
