Job Description
Help development teams follow SAFe Agile framework
Plan deliverables, manage scope, and project timelines
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Help resolve issues that block teams work
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Ability to drive project dead lines
Communicate effectively and motivate others
Possess strong interpersonal skills,
Build strong relationships with teams and leadership
Significantly improve overall agile and scrum processes for product / service delivery
Support 2 scrum teams in preparation for product delivery and implementation in a multi-channel agile environment.
- One scrum team is 7 people
- One scrum team is 22 people

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years as a Scrum Master
Strong communication skills in both Brazilian-Portuguese/English
3 years' experience managing Atlassian products (JiraCloud and JiraAlign)
- Dashboard, reporting, metrics
Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
Bachelors degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology)
Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity with Incident & Problem management and ServiceNow tool
SAFe and Scrum Master certifications preferred Experience with SAP OTC (order to cash) module project they will be supporting null
