Description We are in search of a meticulous Financial Analyst to join our team in Lisle, Illinois, United States. Operating within the telecom industry, this role requires a keen understanding of financial data analysis and the ability to interpret cash activity and quarterly reports. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity, and the successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including investor relations, to deliver comprehensive financial reporting and research.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports on findings

• Conducting research to aid in financial decision-making and risk management

• Collaborating with the investor relations team to maintain open communication with stakeholders

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling

• Monitoring and reporting on cash activity to ensure financial stability

• Preparing and presenting quarterly financial reports to management

• Identifying financial trends and making recommendations based on findings

• Assisting in the development of financial forecasts and budgets

• Ensuring financial reporting meets regulatory requirements and standards

• Collaborating with other teams to streamline and improve financial processes. Requirements • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Prior experience in cash activity management is desired

• Strong understanding of investor relations and quarterly reporting

• Excellent research skills are needed

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis

• Must adhere to strict confidentiality in regards to financial information

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
