The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, active, responsible profile with experience in insurance brokers.
Preparation, presentation, and negotiation of reinsurance programmes with the facultative markets (renewals and new business).
Analysis of reinsurance programmes in order to identify and report differences from the original placements.
Review of reinsurance programme structures and evaluation of alternative placement structures, formulation of options and recommendation of changes.
Supporting cedants (domestic and international), maintaining and developing relationships.
Promotion of regular visits with national and international reinsurance markets
Control of all financial functions related to facultative reinsurance operations including budgets, payment settlement, debit preparation and claims recovery
Monitor the timely notification and management of claims with reinsurers
The Requirements
• Graduates in management/economics/ or other.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Analytical skills and customer orientation.
• Previous experience in insurance brokers
• Good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
