What we're looking for:

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is seeking a Subcontract Pricing/Cost Analyst (A02) to join the Northrop Grumman Mission System Sector, Pricing and Estimating Organization. The successful applicant will become part of the sector Subcontract Price Cost Analysis (SPCA) group and will be responsible for the completion of required subcontractor cost analyses, supporting both Mission Systems proposal activity and subcontract negotiations for purchase order execution. This position will work closely with Pricing and Estimating, Global Supply Chain, Program Management office, and DCMA.

What You'll get to Do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to completion of supplier proposal compliance review and the comprehensive review of all elements of cost (ex. direct labor, material, ODC, indirect costs, profit, etc.) to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Northrop Grumman procedures. This involves the use of industry techniques / practices for data analysis, and to conduct fact-finding to establish fair and reasonable cost analysis positions and supplier negotiation ranges.

This role requires to work on a hybrid schedule. NO OPTION FOR 100% REMOTE WORK.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) with 3 years of relevant experience. OR a Master Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) with a minimum of 1 years of financial work experience. Basic understanding of Government Compliance.

  • Will take 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree- General knowledge of FAR Part 15 and 31

  • General proposal review experience and/or cost analysis experience

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent written and oral communication

Salary Range: $68,800 - $103,200

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
