Robert Half Customer Experience Specialist in Linthicum, Maryland

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist based in Linthicum, Maryland. This role will be centered around providing exceptional customer service and support in a manufacturing context. The primary responsibilities will include order entry, tracking delivery updates, and addressing customer inquiries. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately

• Provide timely and accurate updates on delivery tracking information to customers

• Address and resolve customer issues, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally

• Identify the status of an order and communicate it to the customer effectively

• Handle inbound phone calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Utilize the company's ERP system to maintain accurate records and perform necessary tasks

• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled as per their requirements

• Foster a positive relationship with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Uphold the company's standards and policies in all customer interactions

• Continuously strive for improvement in customer service quality by identifying and implementing new strategies and techniques. Requirements • Proficient in using Database and Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Account management

• Proven track record in achieving Customer Satisfaction

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role

• Familiarity with Customer Success strategies and processes

• Knowledge of Oracle software

• Experience in a Manufacturing Company environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Willingness to continuously improve knowledge and skills

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
