Responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator:

  • Greet customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right office personnel

  • Manage incoming phone calls by appropriately assigning and redirecting them as needed.

  • Managing schedules for staff and conference room

  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages

  • Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other necessary documentation as needed by staff members

  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in assigned tasks

  • Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish shared goals.

  • Uphold the standards of internal business procedures with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Front Desk Coordinator Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2 year’s experience working in a customer service or office setting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, service-oriented personality

  • Detail Oriented

  • Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
