Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator 2nd Shift in Lincoln, New Hampshire

Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM)

Pay Rate : $18.63/hour + $3.50/hr Shift Differential

Total Pay : $ 22.13/hour

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Location : 34 Bern Dibner Rd, Lincoln, NH 03251

Sign-On Bonus : $1000 after 90 days (based on attendance/performance)

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates with a strong work ethic to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have basic machine operation knowledge, the ability to interpret measurements, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate production machines and hand tools

  • Read blueprints and follow work instructions

  • Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

  • Identify and report product defects

  • Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

  • Record part counts and complete data entry accurately

Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks

  • Basic math and reading skills

  • Must speak and understand English

  • Machine Operator experience preferred

  • Must wear PPE: safety shoes & glasses

Pay Details: $18.63 per hour
