The Project Director ofTRIOEducational Talent Search (ETS)makes a positive impact in the pre-college students by providing leadership for programs that support the persistence, retention, and graduation of first-generation, low-income, and disabled students.ETSprovides support and opportunities to prepare students to excel academically by providing support, motivation, and encouragement. The Project Director will:

  • Administer and implement innovative and high-impact programs and services forETSparticipants.
  • Promote the services available toETSprograms and recruit eligible students to participate in the program.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a staff of professional staff, graduate assistants, and student workers to fulfill the mission and grant requirements ofETS.
  • Develop and administer andETSgrant budget, based on the requirements of the grant. This includes reporting and securing additional funding for future grant years.
  • Assess and monitor program data and outcomes.
