Functional Skills • Have demonstrated experience defining test strategies and plans, designing test cases, and organizing tests according to the Test Automation Pyramid • Embedded Agile delivery as an equal member of a Scrum team • Inform and help the team adhere to a Definition of Done • Articulate risk areas and ask questions during refinement • Focus on finding and resolving issues early to avoid accumulating rework • Think broadly and empathetically about design implications and help the team consider points of view including accessibility, intuitive design, and training for differences in current processes Technical Skills • Coding experience in C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby • Test automation at both the UI and API layer • Demonstrated ability to set up a test automation framework in a cloud-based CI/CD Pipeline • Experience with mobile/iOS automated testing using emulators like Appium and device farms like SauceLabs or Browserstack • Experience with performance testing using tools like JMeter or Blazemeter
