Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated warehouse workers for multiple shifts: 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM), mid-shift (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM), and 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM). The 2nd shift requires training at 8:30 AM for up to a month. Employees will be cross-trained in picking, packaging, and receiving tasks, with minimal equipment use and high technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials received against purchase requisition

• Accurately pick, break down, and quality control orders for production and direct shipment to customers

• Operate Stand Up Reach Truck and other forklifts following OSHA requirements

• Prepare skids for freight shipments, including wrapping and strapping

• Stock bins and shelves with parts from receiving carts and return to stock shelf

• Package and quality control systems and parts for shipping

• Check-in RMAs and RTVs

• Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of products from vendors

• Contribute ideas and participate in monthly meetings

• Complete semi-annual inventories and weekly cycle counts

Essential Skills

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience

• 1 to 3 years of RF scanner experience

• 1 to 3 years of picking experience

• Strong computer skills

• Comfortable reading very small printed labels

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to read and write in English

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse of a computer or electronics company

• Passion for computers and technology

• Strong attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LIBERTYVILLE, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
