Compensation for the Custodial Worker
- $18 -- $21 Per Hour DOE
- Swing Shift: Monday -- Friday, start and end times to be determined

Responsibilities for the Custodial Worker
- Promote teamwork through behavior, act in accordance with policies, and adhere to the goals and expectations defined by management
- Maintain a clean and orderly building
- Perform routine cleaning and heavy-duty maintenance tasks
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Safely handle, mix, and label cleaning products
- Ensure a safe work environment by removing oil and other materials from the work areas
- Organize work areas and properly label all containers
- Complete tasks to the satisfaction of the building superintendent
Demonstrate safe work practices
Requirements for the Custodial Worker
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous custodial experience
- Full knowledge of floor machine operations and basic maintenance
- Reliable, strong work ethic, ability to work independently, self-motivated with the aptitude to motivate those around you through action and behavior
Physical requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs., stand and walk for long hours, and handle strong chemicals
