REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 08/10/2024-11/08/2024. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, Certification/license requirements, Driver requirements, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Agriculture Equipment Operator to operate equipment used to harvest and haul pumpkin, summer squash and winter squash. Must have a valid license authorizing the operation of Class A semi trucks, and must have experience and knowledge operating forklifts and tractors. Operators will be responsible for operating the vehicles used to haul crops from the farm to storage, market, packinghouse and/or other farming locations. Should be able to provide proof of accident-free driving record and background. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Operate equipment used to move supplies and harvesting equipment on the farm. Maintain harvest equipment. Must be able to reach, bend and lift items weighing 50 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors in dusty/dirty conditions, at extreme heat and cold inclement weather.
