Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Specialist to join its Lexington, Kentucky team.Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment and softwareInspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation and for defectsExamine work orders and collaborate with Team Leader to detect equipment problemsPerform scheduled preventative maintenance tasksStudy schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation proceduresSet up and test equipmentRepair and adjust equipment, machines, and defective componentsMaintain equipment logsCalibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribe specificationsEducation and Experience:Minimum of 2 years' electronic experienceAssociate degree or equivalent related experienceOther Requirements:Must successfully pass a background check and drug screenMust be able to read and write effectively in English.Must be able to work within the shift hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm, or as directedPhysical requirements include prolonged sitting and standing work does require moderate amounts of walking, may carry heavy items.Position descriptions serve as a guideline and may not be construed as a guarantee of employment.
