Material procurement for whole production according to the production needs and records/evidence into Metodo SW
To responsible for material inventory and records in Metodo SW
Prepare DN for each in/out delivery of goods and material
To issue, check and ensure evidence of all incoming invoices and credit notes (control correctness of invoice, payment terms)
To issue, check and ensure evidence of all purchase orders for material and general equipment’s of plant according to departments needs
To evidence new employees, and processing daily attendance in SW Aruba, manage their resignation or outgoing, to ensure evidence about sickness, weekly and monthly turnover, amount of headcount, accidents at work (main counterpart with external provider and processor of wages)
To manage hiring of operators and interviews with candidates (agencies and permanent staffs)
To coordinate medical examinations
To manage cash keeping and travel expenses
To report KPI daily, weekly, and monthly
General:
HSE:
Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training
Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies (N/A – lo fa jozef)
Quality:
Apply, execute, and maintain quality of work within her/his responsibilities
