OptumRx is looking for an experienced, curious and self-motivated individual to join a team that will be responsible for the development of new products and services for the organization. Partnering with technical teams and the business, they will provide subject matter expertise and build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will contribute bringing solutions to the market and support our organization during product development and operations. We are looking for people who can collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have proven product management experience, and the ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products to meet customer needs

• Assisting and supporting technical teams in the design and deployment of tools and products into the marketplace

• Leading solution delivery projects; ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions while engaging with IT and business partners

• Participating in all phases of product development life cycle including deployment, post-live support and operational support

• Directing the overall technical architecture and integration of systems, units and modules

• Defining systems specifications and technology stack with product teams

• Leading and supporting technical implementation, technical specifications and non-functionable requirements with support from technical and product teams

• Engaging with technical subject-matter experts to explore technical problems, address technical concerns and design solutions

• Act as the main point of contact between the business, internal stakeholders, our customer and IT/technical, and product teams

• Partner with the business to identify and create strategies to improve products and services offered to our customers

• Work with senior leadership to communicate product vision and performance

• Manage stakeholders' expectations and addressing technical concerns

• Lead and assist in Customer Support, Operations and Services

• Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution

• Improving existing operational processes and proposing improvements, bug fixes and upgrades to systems and SW

• Working closely with support, business, sales, analysts and other teams to improve overall customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Degree Qualified (BA, BS) in a relevant field (IT/Computer sciences, SW development, Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience

• Proven product development and/or product management experience

• Significant experience in creating new products and services, and deploying large scale tech solutions

• Ability to solve complex IT issues, expert in integration technologies and IT best practices

• Very good understanding of IT systems, databases and other related technologies

• Knowledgeable of Security requirements, systems administration, UX design or similar areas

• Experience with SaaS deployments or online platforms

• Understanding of Analytics, Data Science, Databases and Cloud computing

• Knowledgeable of Master Data Management solutions and best practices

• Expert in Application and SW development/implementation methodologies like Agile and Scrum, or similar

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills

• High proficiency in technical writing and technical documentation

• Experience working in a large multinational company or similar environment

• Proficiency with MS Suite like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Sharepoint and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field

• Business Acumen, customer facing mindset and/or relevant experience

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy, healthcare consultancy or related fields

• Ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, like PRINCE2

• Experience working in a customer success team, customer support operations, technical support, or customer service
