Job Title: Plumber

Job Description

This position offers Full time year round work on site in Leola, PA. We specialize in constructing large custom modular buildings, including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. Our in-house team of skilled professionals, including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers, work collaboratively to bring these buildings to life. As a plumber, you will be responsible for following blueprints to install various types of pipes and run hangers for these pipes.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints to install PVC, PEX, copper, and cast iron pipes.

• Run hangers for pipes.

• Work on mains, drains, and install fixtures and finishes.

• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in plumbing and pipefitting with PVC, PEX, copper, and cast iron.

• Experience with commercial construction and large-scale projects.

• Ability to read and follow blueprints.

• Experience hanging pipes and installing fixtures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with residential projects is also acceptable.

• Ability to use hand tools of the trade.

Work Environment

You will work on-site, either inside the hangar or in the yard once the building is roughed in. Occasional travel may be required to project finish locations to assemble the structures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $24.00/hr.
